Stated Purpose

Slavery started in Mesopotamian societies, but became popular in ancient Europe; later on people started trading slaves for profit. Slave traders went to Africa, capture the Africans and board them on ships. The trade of was called the Middle passage because; they would use the triangular trade route. Like back then, slavery is still going on illegally; the most commonly “practiced” form of Modern day slavery is Child labor. Countries like Africa and India use child labor in coalmines, fashion factories, etc. Also countries traffick children into other countries, like America, so the children can serve them in whatever ways they need. In the blog I will be writing about child slavery I want to show people how wrong it is to force children to do manual labor and act as slaves.
